Albums of Purgatory: Firstly, Hows it going? What you up to at the moment?
Luc van Acker: I'm fine I am working on a new solo album and it's going great!
AoP: What has been you favourite moment from what has, so far, been
a hugely succesful career?
LvA: That must have been the live tours with Revolting Cocks up to today nothing comes
close to to it.
AoP: How were the Revolting Cocks formed?
LvA: Well Front 242 did the support act for Ministry and Richard and Al made plans to do a
DANCE 12" and
I just came along with Richard and we did a full Album for Waxtracks. The name was a joke
until we could not change it anymore....
AoP: What was your favourite Revolting Cocks track?
LvA: Well Attackships on fire and TV mind do it for me
AoP: You've worked with some of the biggest names in the genre.
Who was the most enjoyable to work with?
LvA: All of the Revolting Cocks had such respect for each other that it was the most
creative band I've ever worked with.
AoP: How would you describe the different sounds you have created
from your solo career through to working with the likes of the Revolting Cocks and
Ministry?
LvA: Organic Electronic? Well basiccaly making noise with what ever was for sale before
SAMPLERS.

AoP: What is your favourite track you have done?
LvA: It's a song from my solo album called WILDLIFE because to me it is so pure.
AoP: What is your favourite all-time song?
LvA: I'll come running to tie your shoe

AoP: Do you have any funny stories you can share with us?
LvA: With Revolting Cocks Al got stuck with his dick in the JETSTREAM of a Jacuisi (Bubble
bath) and
someone turned it on.
AoP: Finally, whats in the future for Luc Van Acker?
LvA: I want to go back on tour in the US . Maybe this September with Lords of Acid. And
release my New CD this year.
