Albums of Purgatory: How would you describe the sound of Pink Little Pig?

 

Marco Fioretti: P.L.P. are trying to play everywhere is possible, just this! For us have the possibility to play live is the best thing. About the album for example there are some record labels interested on re-release our album, we will see! :)

AoP: how did the band start in 1994 as Mad-Die?

 

MF: The band start for our "need" to play the music that we love, and we have this feeling today too.

AoP: What were the main reasons in the delay to the band between '98 and 2000?

 

MF: Because there was a new member in the band that caused our split, but now we are returned more angry than before !

AoP: Which bands have you enjoyed gigging with the most?

 

MF: Of course P.L.P., because P.L.P. have really a "live attitude" , I really advice to any readers to see one of our concert ... if you want to see 4 peoples that go crazy on a stage!

AoP: What are your favourite Mad-Die/pink Little pig tracks?

 

MF: Piercing by blades, the song that gives the name of our album.

AoP: What are your favourite all-time songs?

 

MF: I don't know exactly, but for sure one of slayer!

AoP: What was the first record you bought?

 

MF: The number of the beast-Iron maiden

AoP: What would be your dream band line-up?

MF: I thinked about that many times....so on guitars Scott Ian and Kerry King ...on bass Steve Harris...on the drums Charlie Benante and on vocals Sebastian Bach!

AoP: What do you think of the position of metal and music in general today?

MF: I think that is not so bad...there are many valid band in the underground, you just have to search a little but nowadays with internet is not so difficult!

AoP: Do you have any funny stories about the band you can share with us?

 

MF: For example some years ago during a gig the sound engineer start to take away sound monitor before the end of the concert, because he wants to go to bed :)))

AoP: and finally what do you see in the future for Pink Little Pig?

 

MF: Fun, I hope to have fun making the thing that I love !
