White Knight My arms ache to hold you When The Time Comes I have tasted your lips
Are you ready for me?
You bite and claw Your light shines like a beautiful star
But alas the light has blinded me I am lost in the darkness of despair My heart is burned and scarred I curl up inside myself, deep Will someone break through the dark
Gods giveth
Which is more painful?
I mourned my love today
Life will go on without that love
Perhaps another love will come alongStarr's Poetry Page

My lips ache to kiss you
You’ll never know just
How much I miss you
My hands ache to touch you
My heart aches to love you
To look into your eyes
And feel myself above you
I want to be near you day and night
To be with you forever my shining white knight

Call me a bitch
Call me an elitist snob
It makes no difference to me
so do my enemies
I never asked you to live them
If you do not like my outlook
I never asked you to make it yours
I am the only one who can know that
Do not pretend to know what I want in life
My dreams are my own

salty and
sweet
I dream of touching you
of feeling your skin against mine
of lying with you in soft sheets
Am I ready for you?
I can't get enough
I want to
wrap your hair in my fist
to make you gasp with excitement
I want to make you scream with joy
What fun we will have
when the time comes

Your smile could brighten the darkest heart
And burnt me and now I cannot see
I cannot breathe in this putrid air
Black as night, cold and hard
Sitting, waiting, asleep
And warm my cold, dead heart?
The Death Of Love

And Gods taketh away
The Gods have chosen to taketh away my love
A sudden death with no preparation
Or a slow lingering death that drains you,
procrastinating the end
I laughed at the good times
I cried that it ended
I fumed over the hurts and the slights
Painfully, numbly
But it will go on
And fill the gap that has been left within my heart
Perhaps, perhaps not
