Mood: down
Today was ok but not what I had hoped though. I had gotten to my appointment at Cleveland Regional Medical Center (Carolina HealthCare System) a little early.
I had gone to get a hamburger and then a cup of coffee after I smoked a cigarette outside the hospital. I then went upstairs to my appointment and I ate and waited to be called into Dr. Billinsky's office.
It was a little after 2 p.m. when he finally called me into his office. We talked about how the meds were doing on me and he gave me another prescription that would help me get to sleep instead of using lorazapam that I should be using for my anxiety attacks.
We didn't discuss much on me then it was time for me to leave as he had another person to see. He told me to talk with his secretary and get another appointment set in another 2 to 3 weeks to see him again.
I got the appointment set for Tues. Feb. 28, 2006 at 12:00 noon. I then asked the secretary to call T.A.C.C. to come get me.
The bus came and took me home. I got inside the mobile home and I called my case worker, Lynn Watson, and let her know what was going on. She asked if I had a Therapist yet and I said to that I didn't and she told me that she'd find out what was going on because I was supposed to have one already.
After I got off the phone with her I called April, a friend of mine who lives in NY. We talked for a little while, then, we got off the phone.
I have been going through one emotion to another and I am not dealing with it nor with anything I am going through.
Today marks the 5th month that I drove my belated wife (Nola) to the hospital (Cleveland Regional Medical Center).
I am gonna post some pics of my beautiful belated wife on here and I'll try to post on here sometime soon again.
