tonight i had a full moon ritual. i took a bath like usual with my moon goddess bath salts. then i started my ritual as usual. i am not using a lot of oils and things in my rituals. i have moon oil for my esbat rituals such as this that i annoint my white candles with for the esbats. and i have ritual annointing oil i use in my rituals. i also used moon goddess ointment for attuning with the goddess tonight. i did a ritual meditation to speak with the goddess- astral travel. i had questions i wanted to ask her. of the things she told me, re-affirmations for my ideas already - its not who you read or who, its your belief and belief alone that makes you who and what you are. also i asked her thoughts on those like silver ravenwolf- recent discussion issue. she told me she is out for money but she is right/true in her beliefs. so its ok to read her but just remember she is out for money as well.

i also spoke to her about whether i should stay eclectic or have a more of a focuse. she said is fine to stay as i am, but my focus IS already celtic. so that is my primary. but i do have other influnces, which is fine. and to look into other thinsg- as i am looking into celtic reconstructionism at the moment. but she said i am a witch and that is what i will stay.

so i came away with quite a few answers to questions i had, but already knew, but didnt know i knew until i spoke with her. i spoke with morrigan briefly last night and she said pretty much the same- but she did remind me that all goddesses are one- as we all know. and that they are all faces. and its not so important WHO i am working with. from that i took that it depends on what i need to learn, who i work with at a given time. so bastet is really my secondary then, and the celtics, and morrigan IS my primary at this point. as i believe i have much to learn in the celtic realms, but not so much with egypt and other places.

so that was tonight. i also tried some goddess centering tea for fun. i love using herbs and things. for me its fun and helps me get into the right mode to work.
