Kasmi is a Flicker rescued by Kyosuke in the begining of an episode on the second DVD. Really, that's all w eknow about her. She is abducted by the Bandaged Man(Yeah, that's his name) while Kyosuke and Richard are fighting. That's it for Kasumi. I felt kind of let down that we didn't get to know her very well, so we can't really emphasize. Oh, well.
