Psycho Dr.Narugami (yes, that is his name) is a Hospital mustant who can transform into a humanoid bat. His special talents include creating hallucinations using sonic vibrtions and flight. I wish he had more than one episode because his skills and design are so unique. Prepare for cringing when Kyosuke disables his sonic attack. o.O Errg. Jaw breaking is not my cup of tea. Think the arm wrestling scene from The Fly and you'll have an idea, but its his JAW!!!! Kyosuke had to kill him to save Sayaka, which is the reason he kills almost any mutants.
