Detective Stanley 'Ray' Kowalski and Constable Benton Fraiser

A Chicago cop and a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman come to Cascade to extradite a prisoner. Jim and Blair are very interested, but it looks like nothing will come of it. This is supposed to be a turn-around trip, just long enough to collar their criminal and catch the next plane back.

Then someone tries to kill their future snitch, and Stanley and Benny have to wait around for awhile. Trouble is, no plans were made for accomodations.

Jim and Blair prove very accomodating.
