The Belt
Dream's belt contains almost all of her tools and
gadgets, divided between seven securely pouches. The belt itself
is constructed of a highly durable material, making it resistant to
being cut or torn.

-Sleeping Gas Mini-Bombs: Three tiny
blue balls that explode on contact with a solid object, releasing a
concentrated cloud of a powerful chloroform that is designed to render
most human foes unconscious in mere minutes.
-Smoke Mini-Bombs:
Four tiny red balls that explode on contact
with a solid object, releasing a thick grey fog that allows her to
cover her tracks or to blind an opponent
-Glue Grenade:
Two white
balls that release a highly durable glue substance around a target on
impact
-Pouch Two
-White Stars:
Two white throwing stars that are designed to release a powerful jolt
of electricity on impact
-Red Stars:
Two red throwing stars that are laced with a
powerful horse tranquilizer
-Blue Stars
Two blue throwing stars that operate as mini
tracking devices
-Pouch Three
-Titanium Star Cuff:
Two pairs of silver star shaped
titanium hand cuffs, designed to restrain a subject of normal to
superior strength
-Adamantium laced Star Cuff: A more
durable pair of hand-cuffs for restraining subjects of superhuman
strength
-Pouch Four
-Repeling Gun:
A small, pen sized
gun designed to fire a specially designed grappling hook one hundred
feet. The gun holds two charges before needing refilled.
-Titanium Hooks:
Two small hooks that connect
with the wire and gun, allowing her to scale large objects easily
-Wire:
Two strands of one hundred foot wiring,
each strand strong enough to hold four hundred pounds of pressure
-Pouch Five
-Breathing Apparatus: A
small personal breathing device that holds twenty minutes worth of
oxygen plus can be fitted with filters to clear out most toxins that
are in the air
-Toxin Antidote:
Two white pills that provide at
least moderate healing properties against most known toxins and drugs
-Chloroform Antidote A
small red pill that helps reduce the after effects chloroform exposure

Her costume
Dream's costume is designed to
maximize her capabilities and offer her extra advantages
-The body of the suit is made of a spandex like substance that is in
turn lined with a highly durable high tech kevlar that provides her an
extra layer of protection, going so far as to being able to take most
handguns and lower calibre rifle shots at twenty feet.
-Her mask can provide her with both normal and infrared heat sensative
vision
-Each glove holds a small lock picking device in the wrist that will
pop free with a certain arm movement.
-The right heel of her boot holds a small cutting torch
-The left clasp of her cape holds a communication device and a tracking
device to call her Justice Cycle to her
The Justice
Cycle
Dream's main mode of transportation is
a customed designed patrioticly themed motorcycle, that like the rest
of her, possesses many tricks of it's own.
-The cycle is completely bulletproof, including the tires and the front
windshield
-The tail exhaust can release a thick cloud of smoke from it, blinding
any chasing vehicles.
-A radar device that not only lets her drive in the dark but also
follow the movements of her tracking devices
-It's remote operateable and capable of driving itself if activated by
her communication device.
-It possesses a mini-gun below the front headlight fires specially
designed bullets that while harmless to humans discharge a set pulse of
electricity to disable most common vehicles.
