Mood:  hungry
Now Playing: show me the meaning of being lonely...by BSB
Luckily, those two translators can stay in our group somehow! phew...

These days, I have no intention nor willingness to work... I'm sorry if I offend my friends who are busy like hell...
but my situation is kinda hard too...sigh.
I guess I need to start something new. I think I've been reciting this phrase like a spell for a whole year... I sometimes feel I'm so shameful and I am such a disgusting person who cannot do anything...who cannot even sell her couch....

Recently, many people have started reporting their marriages! I can feel spring is coming...wow.
I wonder if it'll come to me or not.

cough cough
Mood:  spacey
Now Playing: destiny fulfilled
I'm recovering from my illness, but still I can't stop coughing! When I cough too many times, I almost feel like I'm going to puke...luckily I haven't done it in public so far.

Two members of our translation group (we are a group of 4 translators, btw) are in danger of being sent to other department...against their wills. I don't like what those ppl in human resource department did to us. It's very unfair and sneaky.
I'm really sad that they are leaving, cuz we were very close to each other. I hope we could get together again, and have fun as we used to ...
I'm gonna miss them badly.

Let me talk about my weekends...
On Saturday we went to yokohama to see the movie without deciding which one to see. Although we saw the list at the theatre, there were no tempting titles...so we just picked a good time, which was "Alexander"...
U know what? It's nominated for Raspberry awards!! Believe me, it really sucks!! Just try to imagine that you are forced to be seated in the theater, watching a no-fun movie for god-damn 3 hours!! It really killed us...I seriously need my money back...

After that we headed to Minato-no-mieru-oka-kouen, and foreigners' semetery neaby. Although I have been to Yokohama countlessly, it was the first time to go there. The view from the hill was fantastic, and the semetery was cool as well. It's a pity that the gates of the semetery were closed at that time. Next time I go there, I wanna see the name of ppl buried there, and how long they lived. hehe...
We had warm drinks at a nice cafe nearby.
At night we went to a Korean restaurant and had BBQ.

On Sunday I went to a beauty salon to make my permed hair straight. It's too straight but it's okay...

My mom sent me a huge box full of foods. I can survive for a couple of weeks with them...I can't thank my parents enough.

suddenly, I miss my doggy...

holidays are over
Mood:  quizzical

The trip to Izu was a lot of fun. :)
We started traveling from West-Izu to East-Izu through its south end, Shimoda.
We had tasty seafood and saw beautiful Mt. Fuji and oceans. Although the hotels we stayed were not very good...it can't be helped cuz they were very very cheap. We learned that we should select a nice hotel for the holiday trip...cuz those hotels were really disappointing.
In West-Izu, we stayed at Heda. It had a beautiful beach where we could see Mt. Fuji and a stunning sunset. The inn we stayed in was very small, but the employees were very nice and the hotspring there was so comfy as well. Next day we went to Toi. There's a famous(?) Toi gold mine, where we went into the gold mine and saw how people used to mine golds and silvers. The dolls imitating those people looked funny... there was a huge gold ingot at the exhibition building, which said cost 300,000,000yen!

After the mine, we headed to the famous Koibito-misaki. The view from the cape was amazing. Some birds like eagles were flying over the sea looking for some fish to eat. Then we headed to Doga-shima. We got on a small boat to see the Ten-sou, which is a big hole on the ceiling of a cave in the sea. It was very very nice, but the sea at that time was very stormy, so I nearly puked..lol kidding. but it was close! I easily suffer from sea sick. :(
Then we went to a gorgeous hotel to enjoy the spa there. It was so nice.
We headed to Atagawa then, but East-Izu was such a traffic jam! It took so long to get there. Finally we arrived at the hotel, but the hotel was so uncool, so we lost energy even more....aaanyways next morning we left there early and went to Omuro mountain. It was a small curious mountain which looked like a pudding. We went up to the top by a lift. The top of the mountain was just amazing. The mountain has almost NO trees but just grass and stones. It was a very strange mountain but it gave us such a spectacular view of Izu peninsula. As it was freezing, we went down and had a omanju- hot from the oven. yummy. :)
Since we were sick of seafood at that time, we had tasty Italian nearby and then went to Johgasaki. It had a cute hanging bridge and a light house. As I had my Nikon camera, I took pictures and consumed one whole film through this trip.

We got a bit tired but it was a fun trip, except for the hotel.:)

It was so hard to wake up this morning...mmm. I wonder if I can get through this week..!
It was a Valentine's day today. I gave chocolates to my coworkers. I wonder if I can get my favorite marshmallows instead... maybe not. :p

Mood:  a-ok
Now Playing: stronger - britney
Hi.
I'm feeling better these days.
I think it's gonna be okay...I'm getting accustomed to my weird hair as well..haha.. I hope people around me will also get used to seeing this hair soon.

Last night I drank with a friend of mine (who is also a translator) and her Swedish friend who is now staying in her place. It was a lot of fun, and the friend whose name is Eric was such a nice person. :) He had beautiful eyes just like crystals....
My friend spoke English fluently and the other friend who also joined last night spoke Swedish so good! That was really amazing...
It was a good opportunity to speak English for me too cuz I have no chance to speak it in here...:(
We exchanged our webside URLs and email addies, so I hope we could keep in touch!

Today I was given an urgent specification to be translated. I'll be busy until next Wednesday.
I can't wait to travel with my bf on weekends.

I'm feeling blue these days. Don't ask me why please..

I took a day off today and went to a beauty salon to have my hair permed...and again, I failed. *crying*
Now I look like a fool again.
I want to make it straight as soon as possible.
It's hard to tell exactly how you want your hair to be cut and permed, don't you think??
I hate my hair..I dun wanna go to the office tomorrow.

Aaaanyway let's go to bed and hopefully have a good dream to forget all bad things...nighty nite!

flu...?
Mood:  down

I've got a cold...very bad cold..my sore throat is killing me---. (crying)
I hope I won't have a fever. sigh...

Today I visited my friend's apartment as she invited me and another friend to lunch at her place where she moved in a month ago. It was an old apartment but very nice. Her room had a porch, what is called "engawa". :) It must be comfy having a hot cup of tea, reading books, taking a nap..etc etc..

She cooked tasty pasta and salad for us. Yum!
For dessert we had sweet puddings...yum yum yum...
On the way back home, I couldn't help taking a cab since I felt so sick.

I came back home, cooked simple dinner, and now I'm studying real hard. (crying again...) I've got tons of reports to do for the correspondence course...they're due Feb. 1st but I only have done 2/3 of them! hahaha...
I wonder if I could go to bed tonight..

2005
Mood:  incredulous
Now Playing: nothing

A new year has started! How is your new year so far? Mine is so-so...just tired of eating food...This is the cake I ate at Daniel A-table in Mikage today. White-chocolate moose inside...yummy. It was quite tasty. :)
Tomorrow I am going to rest my body and stomach.

On new year's eve, we went to Kyoto as usual to visit my grandpa's grave. Since it snowed heavily there, the trees were covered with snow and showed a beautiful picture just like a "sumi-e". It was really beautiful, but it was too cold to stop our feet long to enjoy the scene...
After we had tasty lunch, we headed home. My sister and I bought cute handkerchiefs for each other. I love it!
In the night we didn't do anything special but watching TV and eating light meal. However, at really late at night, my friend called me and we met up in Nishinomiya to have a first drink of this year...it was okay.
On Jan. 1st, we went to Kanno-ji at kabuto-yama as usual. I tried omikuji but the result was not so good. I got Chu-kichi. mmm. I bought some taiyakis at the temple. yumyum.

The skin of my face got a pimple after coming back home...sob sob. It's maybe because of the change of environment. sigh.
