I was inspired today, so, instead of just one chapter, I brought you two today!!
Chapter 2: The Right Girl
Roger sat on his bed watching the rain steadily fall. The question still bothered him. He had answered her question. She had asked him why he had never fallen in love before, and he answered her. He thought back to right after breakfast … right before he hurt her ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Well, I’ve never met the right girl I guess," Roger told her. Right after breakfast, and the first question, he had excused himself to get dressed. More than that he wanted to think of an answer. Now Roger and Dorothy were seated in the living room. Dorothy was sitting lady-like on a black couch. Roger was sitting in a black easy chair. Dorothy took a moment to take in what she had just heard. She stared out the window. It was late morning and the gray clouds were gathering for a downpour. "How will you know when the right girl comes?" Dorothy asked, still staring out the window. Roger tried to see exactly what she was staring at. Finally, he saw. On the street a couple was walking under a raised umbrella, awaiting the rain. He then noticed that the couple was kissing.
Dorothy’s POV
Questions. That’s all I’m doing today. Asking questions. Roger surprised me. He actually answered one of my questions. I know I should stop while I have an answer… but I always have to know something else. I have to go one step further. I don’t know why. After breakfast, I look outside and see a couple kissing. Roger saw it too. Another question comes to my inquisitive mind. If a girl kissed you, would she be the right one?
Roger’s POV
How do you know when the right girl comes? I know I can’t answer that. I can’t even slip away from it. I don’t know the answers to that either. I wonder if the right girl is coming some day, or…if she has already come?
Okay, I guess I can’t do that daily entry thing any more. Today I am inspired. I'’ going to write chapter 3 today, maybe. I plan on it any ways. Well, any ways thanx for reading and please review! PLEASE!!!*puppy dog eyes*
