Roger awoke to find Dorothy sitting motionless next to his bed. He blinked at the sunlight streaming into his room. He turned to her and she looked up. There was such confusion in the depths of those midnight eyes. "What is wrong Dorothy?" he questioned her.
She looked into the charcoal orbs of her lover's eyes. "How far back do you remember Roger?" she questioned him back. He shrugged, his version of saying 'I don't really know.' She sighed, looking up into his eyes. "Roger, you are not human," there she said it. Now for the backlash...
He stood motionless, letting the new information enter into his brain. She paused for a moment before beginning again. "Roger, you are an android. The most human bio-android ever built. Your father and my... father, the one that kidnapped me, knew eachother. After the event they regained their memories and remembered that you and I were engaged before the event. We died a few years back. We were killed durring the collapse of the building we were in while planning the flower arrangements for our wedding about three years ago. Father, uh, Mr. Waynewright, created me and your father created you. You were more advanced than I was and you lost all memory that you were an android. I stumbled upon you and asked for you protection because I remembered the things from before the event and that you and I were together," she paused. Roger's eyes were closed trying to understand all of this. "Roger, we're in this together."
He fell into her arms and held her tightly. "I'm not human? I'm an android. Like you?" he questioned her. She just nodded and hugged him tighter. He looked at her once more before standing up and sighed. "I don't believe you."
She looked up at him and grabbed his hand. "Then I will prove to you it is the truth," she spoke, dragging him to the door and down to the lab. She asked Norman to turn on the Xray machine. She then stood behind the screen as it projected her robotic insides to the wall. "See I am an android and I will prove you are as well. Stand where I am now," she commanded. As he did so his mechanical skeleton was shown. He gasped and turned away from the projection. Dorothy strode to him and wrapped her arms around him. "I am sorry but you had to know. But Roger," she paused looking into his eyes. "You are still human to me." She kissed him softly, reassuringly. Norman placed a calm hand on his shoulder and nodded his support to the young man. Roger just walked to his room followed closely by Dorothy.

Angel stumbled into the office. Her eyes landed upon her boss, Mr. Rosewater. She lowered her eyes as he spoke to her. "Angel, darling. You have failed me. I asked you many, many times to kill that damned man, but no, you can't do it. Well then," he paused and looked at the woman before him, "I will have to kill my son by myself." She looked up to meet his gaze, surprise showing upon her face.

Roger paced the length of his office. Nothing made sense anymore. He was an android, but he felt like a human. 'Is this what it is like for Dorothy? Kknowing she is an android, yet feeling human?' he questioned himself. There was a soft knock on his door. "Come in," he answered. Dorothy stepped into the room. Confusion was written on her delicate features. "What is it Dorothy?"
She looked up to meet his gaze and sighed. "Miss Angel is here to see you. She has something important to tell you. She asks for your presence immediatly," she spoke. He nodded while sighing. Slowly Roger began to walk to the door, following Dorothy to the foyer where Angel sat waiting. She rose upon his entering the room. Dorothy bowed and exited the foyer to prepare dinner with Norman.
"Why are you here Angel?" he questioned her. She sighed and shifted in her seat. No matter what she did, she felt like he could see everything she did and thought. She became suddenly nervous. Looking around the room she noticed the color he was so fond of... black. Thinking for a moment on how to proceed she spoke up.
"Roger, I have some disturbing news to tell you," she stopped to look at him. Roger was frowning. He looked at her and lashed out, carrying his frustration to her.
"Nothing other than another appocolypse would surprise me right now. I just discovered that I am an android and have been for some time now. So what the hell do you have to tell me Angel?" he yelled at her. She flinched. Roger, an android. Well, he felt real enough. That must have been one damned good scientist to make him. Even during sex he felt and moved like a human man. She snapped out of her reverie to clear her throat and proceed.
"Roger, I know who your father is," she spoke to him. His face lit up a bit. "Your father is Alex Rosewater."

Dorothy dropped the plate she was holding upon hearing Roger yelling. Yelling at her more specificly. "How could you not tell me Rosewater is my father? How could you Dorothy?" he screamed. She looked at the ground. This could not be. By her memory banks his father was a fighter pilot named Adam Smith. "Answer me!"
"Roger Smith, I did not lie to you. By my memory your father was Adam Smith. He died a year ago. If I am wrong then I have been tampered with," she kept her tone calm and smooth. His eyes softened a little. He smirked at her and sighed.
"You know, Dorothy, you're a bad liar."
