	Biography: The jovial second pilot likes to talk, likes to eat, and likes to do all the other things that typical Americans do. Duo is the most expressive and outgoing of the pilots. He's also the only one with a sense of humor worth talking about. Duo and Heero meet at the beginning of the series; Duo takes an instant liking to Heero, but Heero takes an instant disliking to the braided Shinigami. Duo tries as hard as he can to make Heero talk civilly to him, but he probably realizes that deep down inside, Heero really does think of Duo as a friend, though he doesn't show it very much. Duo's female counterpart's (each of the pilots has one) name is Hilde Schbeiker, a cute German girl who used to be a mobile suit pilot for OZ. She saves Duo's life near the middle of the series. They're one of my favorite couples in the series. Duo used to live in a Catholic orphanage until the orphanage was destroyed by OZ. He then went to work for a salvage company called the Sweeper Group. From there, Duo went on to team up with Professor G, the scientist who built the Deathscythe, in the L-2 colony cluster. Duo's most distinctive feature is his long braid. He also likes to call himself the God of Death (or Shinigami).
