| Personality: | Crystal's a very likable person. She tends to be very bright, cheerful and out-going, and is usually willing to try almost anything once. Doesn't like to talk about her own problems, because she feels like she shouldn't burden her friends with them. Because of this, she's very good at keeping things bottled up, and sometimes hurts others by doing so. Tends towards the perverted and extreme when it comes to humor. Is very possesive of what she considers hers, including people, and will do anything to keep her friends/loved ones happy, healthy and safe without taking her own needs/safety into consideration. Sometimes goes against the "popular" opinion or fashion, only because it's popular. |
| History: | Her mother is very vain and puts a lot of emphasis on money, while her father pretty much ignored her as a child; she had to learn to forge her parents signatures because they didn't want her to bother them for things like suspensions and report cards. When she was fourteen, her mother divorced her real father and married Brent Hadressa, who (while not being rich) was better off monetarily. Brent was the closest thing she had to a father figure, and she was heartbroken when her mother divorced him a few months after they were married and went back to Michael upon discovering his new pay raise. She signed herself up for VLG for Girls using her step father's surname (Hadressa) soon after the divorce and used a combonation of forging her parents' signatures and the access codes Brent had given her to his account to pay the tuition and bus fare to the school, and then ran away, only telling Cousin Kaie's family where she was going. No missing person report was filed regarding her disappearance. |
| Views: | Believes strongly that friends are more important than family, and will do anything for people she thinks of as "hers" without giving a single thought to her own welfare. Very open-minded, and will tolerate almost anything that doesnt hurt someone she cares for. Religiously she's a Wiccan, but she doesn't make a big issue of it, keeping her pentacle in her pocket or somewhere else on her person that's out of sight. Doesn't understand the concept of a nudity taboo. Roots for the Gundams in the war, because she thinks that anyone who fights against odds like theirs for a cause like thiers (which she assumes is the exact opposite of what the newscasts say) deserves at least one person on their side. |
| Other: | Chews on her hair as a nervous habit, and has a strong disbelief in her own prettiness, with serious doubts as to a possibility of "true love" in her own life, even though she encourages everyone else she knows to look for it in their own. Doesn't talk about her family unless she's forced to, or when she's distraught and doesn't stop to think about it. Is an outrageous pranker (the more complicated and original, the better) and likes to meddle with her friends love lives in (often misguided) attempts to make them happy. Has something known as her Big Blue Bag o' Goodies, which is basically just a blue back pack containing various items, blue prints, plans, security access codes, toys, candy and just about anything else she thinks she might need that day. It doesn't hold everything, but sometimes it seems like it does. (Think of it as almost the Hammer/Spandex Space of the Gundam World and you'll be close.) Has recently gotten into the habit of teasing Katrina gently and tormenting Wanda, Ram, Stravos, Pinks (except Blaine and anyone else she's latched on to), Celene, Carissa, et cetera, et cetera et cetera. Basically, if it's either tight ***ed or annoying, she justifies her actions with, "They had it comiing. And if they didn't... They will eventually." Gets an enormous kick out of making Tracy and Katrina blush with well-aimed innuendo. |
