Historical Notes |
Neo China's entry in the 4th Gundam Fight was based on thousands of years of martial arts
traditions. The GF4-005NC Feilong Gundam was similar in some respects to the mobile suit
Neo China used 40 years later in the 13th Gundam Fight, the GF13-011NC Dragon Gundam. In
fact, the two Gundams shared a deeper connection across time. Shaolin master Sai Feilong
qualified for the Finals in FC 20, where he faced Dahal Muhammad, the winner of the 3rd
Gundam Fight in FC 16. Though he defeated Dahal's GF4-001NE Pharaoh Gundam IV by
beheading, an accidental explosion in the Pharaoh Gundam IV's cockpit killed Dahal. More
than 40 years later, a resurrected Dahal would return to seek vengeance on Sai Feilong's
grandson, Sai Saici during the 13th Gundam Fight in FC 60.
