 Name: Jack Sisco Zoids Piloted: Lightning Saix 
Jack Sisco is a mercenary with tremendous skill who is sought after by Zoids warriors the world over because of his impressive record on the battlefield. Such a reputation allows this young warrior to be picky about who he fights for and as a result, Jack will only join the teams of warriors who possess both wealth and luck. However, after an encounter with the Blitz Team and their Liger Zero Jack realizes that he must improve in order to defeat his newly acquired rival Bit Cloud, leading him to join the Tasker sisters and their Lightning Saix on the Lightning Team.
Name: Captain Stigma Stoeller Zoids Piloted: Elephander 
Captain Stigma Stoeller is a highly respected officer within the Backdraft Group who commands the prestigious Elephander Team. Though once retired from the world of Zoids battles, an encounter with Bit Cloud and his Liger Zero throw Stoeller back into the cockpit. However, bound by a code of ethics Stoeller soon after leaves the Backdraft Organization feeling that there is no longer any honor in what the Backdraft Group is attempting to do in capturing the Liger Zero.
Name: Commander Altile Zoids Piloted: N/A 
Commander Altile is a high ranking official within the Backdraft Group who firmly believes in the existence of the Legendary Ultimate X Zoids. After seeing the Liger Zero Commander Altile is certain that this Zoid possesses the abilities necessary of an Ultimate X and focuses his energy in trying to capture it for his organization. However, his obsession causes Altile to face much ridicule from his superiors whom mockingly send him on an archeological dig in search of an Ultimate X. Fortunately, Altile and his team manage to unearth the Berserk Fury a Zoid with endless potential which he hopes to use against the Liger Zero.
Name: Vega Obscura Zoids Piloted: Berserk Fury 
Not much is known about Vega other than his reputation as the king of unsanctioned battles. Young Vega Obscura possesses incredible skill on the battlefield making him the Backdraft Groups top warrior. It is this talent that makes young Vega the ideal pilot for the organizations newly discovered Berserk Fury an Ultimate X unearthed in the deepest depths of the oceans. Together Vega and the Berserk Fury must set out on a journey to face Bit Cloud and the Liger Zero and finally capture it in the name of the Backdraft Group.
