| Finally,
a super cool cel of Chibi-Chibi! My absolute favorite character from Sailor Moon
and a long awaited wishlist cel. What strikes me most about this cel is the way
they made it into a 3-D look. Although you can't see it from the picture, but
when the cel is laid flat, her arms and head are literally raised right off the
background! |
