Norvig - Based on a
traditional viking recipe it has a fruity apple like malt taste with a dry
aftertaste. 
Flag Porter - From a 19th
cen. recipe and tradional yeast salvaged from a wreck(!),
this brownish beer has a malt character that is tasty but I wouldn't say
it stands up to what we
would consider a porter today.
