Double of Adam Kelly and Emperor of the United States Empire in War Universe. In 2042 Earth A time, Emperor Kelly attempted to take over Earth A’s Metropolis. Luckily, Emperor Kelly was killed and his army destroyed by the Legion of Superheoes. Unfortunately, not before he destroyed the entire city of Metropolis and killed most of the Legion. This event is known as the Battle for Metropolis.
