Mongul
As ruler of the weapons-oriented planet called Warworld, Mongul conquered and enslaved the populace of countless worlds. Whether forced to fuel the planet’s city-sized propulsion units or participate in sadistic gladiatorial games, all fell before Mongul until Jack Kent/Superman dethroned the despot in his own arena and (with the aid of Justice League) shut down Warworld. Mongul gained retribution by helping Superman nemesis, The Cyborg, destroy Los Angeles, California. Though he met his own ironic end helping the League save the Earth from the timeline destroying Parallax, who Mongul created, but both his son, Mongol and daughter, Mongal, follow their father’s dictatorial ways.
