He or it is literary the mechanical embodiment of all evil. During the Battle for All Time, Visharon helped Timeshaper fought to gain the Creator's powers. In the battle that followed, Visharon breaks Captain Atom open, causing a large scale nuclear explosion to occur. It destroys Coast City and most of the Avengers, Justice League and the group super-villains brought together by Visharon. After Timeshaper got the Creator's powers, he banished Visharon to Hell. Today, he is currently trapped in Hell by Eagle: the Third Creator.
