1.) Use Your Alarm Clock!

If you don't have one, get one! Set your alarm to a time in the morning that will give you plenty of time to get ready for your day. WAKE UP when your alarm goes off! Get out of bed! Do something!

2.) Start a Routine!

I know, I know, the big scary "R" word, but it will be worth it! It's also easier than it sounds.

Begin by choosing 5 things that you would like to do before you go to bed every night. Jsut little things. Some examples are:

  • 5-min clean-up
  • choose clothes for tomorrow
  • say a prayer
  • read a chapter from your favorite book
  • pack lunch for tomorrow
  • pack your bag or briefcase
