1.) Use Your Alarm Clock!
If you don't have one, get one! Set your alarm to a time in the morning that will give you plenty of time to get ready for your day. WAKE UP when your alarm goes off! Get out of bed! Do something! |

2.) Start a Routine!
I know, I know, the big scary "R" word, but it will be worth it! It's also easier than it sounds. Begin by choosing 5 things that you would like to do before you go to bed every night. Jsut little things. Some examples are:
