Initially Auron's only Overdrive is Dragon Fang; he learns new Overdrives by viewing the Jecht's Spheres scattered around Spira. When Bushido is executed, a sequence of buttons combinations (which differs for each attack) will appear on the screen. The faster you input the sequence correctly the more powerful the attack. If you make a mistake you'll have to start over. The added effects listed in the table below are only inflicted if the sequence was input correctly within the time limit. If the effects are resisted by the enemy, the damage caused will increase slightly.
