Features Niman Ranch pork ribs and beef. Chef Paul Michael, a Lousiana native, works slow-cook magic with the Southern Pride barbecue pit.
Sides include sweet potatos, cornbread, and coleslaw. The Lousiana Bread Pudding is a specialty.
The Frontier Room offers a refuge from the bustle of Seattle's Belltown. Lunch Tuesdays-Friday, and dinner Tuesday-Saturday.
