Allignment: Good, though often sways a bit upon trouble he has to deal with. Smaller problems he usually lets go, yet the more life-threatening he takes full action even if it means captial punishment.
Personality: Leon is mostly a decent guy, though often giving a holier-than-thou feeling to those below him in skill. He takes his job seriously but likes to relax, finding that with all the trouble in the world he often enjoys a McAnally Beer and a nice couch. When the need comes he can be deathly serious, yet often acting on whim
History: Leon doesn't know much of his family or which he came from. He started developing signs of magic upon high school and was soon adopted into the care of a wizard trainer living in Cincinnati. Upon control and strong demonstration of his superior magik skill he was promoted to Warden by the White Council and set up shop in Chicago. He knows most everyone dealing with magic, from the SI to the mob, vampires to the rest of the wizards.
His looseness as being a Warden has been known to most budding wizards. But on the opposite end his wrather and anger for those rbeaking the laws of magic make him feared along the mercenaries and killers of the group. His nonchalant look is a perfect fascade to keep everyone off their guard.
