The New Guardians - Player's Guide

Hello prospective and current New Guardian Members. I would like to welcome you first and foremost. The New Guardian will require your assistance in order to maintain order in Paragon City. Each of your individual strengths along with those of your allies will ensure that Lord Recluse and his "Destined Ones" do not spell the doom of Paragon CIty.

Below you will find what are the imperative guidelines that should be followed at all times. In signing up with the New Guardian, you pledge yourself to these guidelines and swear to uphold them at all times while In Character (IC).

Roleplay: City Of Heroes (COH) is an MMORPG. Most people forget that, but I do not. With the greatly limited RPG SuperGroups on the Guardian Server, I would like to extend this invitation to all Roleplayers. If you are like me, and wish to extend your COH experiance into the realm of RP, then this will be the group for you.

Now with that said, Out Of Character (OOC) is not necessarily outlawed. However, it is prefered that such conversation be held in /tell or in brackets: i.e. { }, [ ], and ( ).

Super Group Mode: Super Group Mode is the mode that earns the SuperGroup prestige. With more prestige, the more our base will have. If you wish for a strong base, then you will have to play in Super Group Mode. The more prestige we have the better our equipment will be.

Super Group Mode is not required to be part of the New Guardian. However, in order to advance through the ranks, you will need to gain status within the group. The higher the level and the more prestige you gain, the higher in the ranks you go. The current* membership list is as follows:

Member: Levels: 1 - 15 or 0 - 25000 Prestige
Commander: Levels: 11 - 30 or 25001 - 75000 Prestige
Senior Member: Levels: 31 - 45 or 75001 - 150000 Prestige
Senior Commander: Levels: 46+ or 150001 - 300000 Prestige
Founding Members receive Senior Commander status.

Super Group Missions: I know most people grab teams when they can. Thats fine. But part of being a New Guardian is helping each other out. So when possible, it is prefered that you team with fellow New Guardian members or with members of a Coalition of the New Guardian.

Also, there may be times we wish to set up special events; such as parties, SG only missions, and debt removal assistance. Participation in these events are not required to maintain membership in the New Guardian. But we would always like you to come along.

The Guide is intended only to guide you along that path of a New Guardian. You actions will dictate your importance to the New Guardian Super Group. Again, I welcome you to the halls of the New Guardian Citadel. May honor and justice run your coarse.
