Once Ariel saw Prince Eric, it was love at first sight. She had to save him when his ship sank, and promised to become "Part of His World"
So, Ariel went to ursula, the Sea Witch, and had Ursula change her into a human in exhange for her voice.
Ariel washed up on shore with LEGS!
She heard Prince Eric coming, so she got dressed in a ship's sail that was laying near by, but she had a *bit* of trouble walking.
Eric took Ariel back to his castle, where she was dressed beautifully for dinner.
Ariel and Eric later fell in love....
And got married...
And lived happily ever after!
