MESSAGE SENDING
ICQ98a has a pretty straight forward message sender you just type and send, but with 99a you have the option to change Font type, color, size and there's even sound
CHAT
As far as chatting goes 98a is better in the sense that when you do that hell annoying !BEEP BEEP! thingy noone knows who it is, hehehe.
But 99a has more options with Emmotions and schmitt like that and a Kewl LOL:-) thingy but unfortunately the BEEP BEEPs don't go secretly unotacible.
OPTIONS
ICQ99a has way more options with voice messages, greeting cards, Birthday reminders and more. 98a just sux.
CONCLUSION
ICQ99a stacks up way better and you can download it from my ADD ONs section, BUT! it is illegal to use it at the moment and is WAREZ so ICQ98a is the current version. Please recognise that
If ICQ99a roots your Comp they're not going to Help and that at the moment ICQ99a is only the test version.
