You've got some great ideas :) I'm going to pass 'em on! *g* maybe you should come back, and become a CL yourself ;) We can always use someone with good ideas

(btw, I've seen the multiple popups as well. it doesn't happen because of Geocities, though. it happens when someone edits offline, and clicks file/save from their browser, edits, and re-uploads. The popup (and now the watermark) get trapped in that html, and then Geo adds a new one, because it doesn't find the geoguide code. Frames always bring up popups, since the code for a guide isn't on the page that creates the frames, but shouldn't ever create more than one popup - unless of course the person has *trapped* them in the html, by saving, editing, and then re-uploading, without cutting out that bit after [the "end HTML" tag].)

I really liked your ideas on how to improve the popup, though. I think you're right; a lot more people would have a chance to look at the ad, before closing it, that way. ;) I'll pass it on.
