Dear God

Dear God,
what am I doing here?
I’m living a lifeless life,
smothered in hate and fear

Dear God,
how can I survive this pain?
My head hurts to think,
and I’m covered in shame

Dear God,
what can you do about this?
Can you tell me it’ll be alright,
can you garuentee a goodnight kiss?

Dear God,
is what everybody said true?
Can you grant wishes and prayers…
is there anything else you can do?

Dear God,
Is dying really that bad a thing?
Should I kill myself now, or
wait to see what tomorrow brings?
