Oh Raven Black
Colorful birdie in a grey sky
Glancing back and always looking forward
On the ground she writes her dreams and laughs at her nightmares
Once she thought she was an inky black raven
Pummeled from every side by lecherous vultures
Who thought her ugly because she was different
But now among others similar
She has found aceptance
In some cases better than friendship, though that too
Her course of now is still straight forward
Although she flies higher to ward off attacks from below
This raven will no longer allow the vultures
To treat her like carrion
