ECUADOR
to live a year in a foreign country, making new friends, experiencing new things,
and overall, discovering a new me! That country was of course Ecuador and the program
was AFS exchange. Now, so many people have asked me 'Why Ecuador?' and although
NOW, i wouldn't have gone anywhere else, originally it wasn't my first ( or second
or third.. ) choice of country. In fact - i am ashamed to say that geography failed
me and that i had never heard of it! But now i really couldn't imagine having
gone anywhere else. I did fear spending this year away in the begining, missing
a year of my life and already made friends, but living in Ecuador was the best
year of my life. 
I guess mostly because of all the special people that touched
and changed my life in many ways. Spending a year away in a different country, culture and emerged in a different
language, is really an experience i wish everybody could have, Ecuador was definately
the best year of MY life!
