MEMORIES

Once again I am left alone

Holding the memories of the gone

One more friend of mine has left me today

Without telling my sin my fault

Once again I am evaluating my behaviour and my attitude

What has annoyed them and they left me in this solitude

Which substance is lacking in my love

Which could have bind them forever till the end

I ponder and wander but in vain

But still I am left with something to gain

Their sweet memories with me will always remain

So I can cherish each moment spent with them

And that will be enough to sooth my heart and lessen my pain
