Religion VS Sceince

please leave preconcived notions at the door

'So wise are they in their knowledge that religion and science are not two things, but one thing, one thing most powerful when this secret is known and understood.' ...The Last Testament

Thousands of years go, science was mothered by relgion.Hard to believe? Well, think about it. In the pursuit of immortality, wealth, power and guidance, powerful rulers of ancient civilizations ordered and funded many scientific endeavors. We only need to look at the ziggurats, pyramids, and man made rock formations of the Near East and Europe to see that. We know that the builders of the megaliths of Egypt and Egland were great astronomers, yet it wasn’t purely for the sake of science, they had very strong religious purposes. Even witchcraft has it’s roots in a science long since forgotten.

One could even speculate that the Bible story of the "Tower of Babel" is the separation of religion and science. In this modern age, one could also speculate , that science and religion will merge back together.
