Chapter 2:On The Road
Ike,Tay,Zac,and Emily were board.They had been driving for hours."Ike"?,asked Zac,"How much longer till' we get to Chicago"?"About two or three more days", Ike replied."Why didn't we just take a plane"? Zac whined,almost asleep. Because we like riding in Ike's van animal"!said Tay."I guess so",Yawned Zac. "So,Emily,how old are you"? asked Tay."Twelve",answered Emily."Me too said Zac"."You in grade six"?,asked Zac."Yep",said Emily.Emily and Zac were now good friends.
An hour later,Ike asked,"Wanna stop and get somthing to eat"?"Yahh"!Exclaimed Zac,waking up from his nap."How about pizza"?Asked Ike."Now You're talkin', said Zac jumping out of the van and dashing through the door of the "Little Pizza Place".Soon followed by Ike Tay and Emily,laughing at the "hyper Zac". Hanson was lucky because there wern't any crowds of fans at The Little Pizza Place,just a waitress and a cook.
"Let's sit here",said Tay,pointing to a table in the room with four chairs. After they had sat down the waitress came up to the table."What will it be"? she asked.After they all agreed,Ike said,"We'll have an extra,extra,Chese Pizza,and four Cokes please"."Comming right up", said the waitress."And by the way,you're Hanson"!"May I have your autographs"?The waitress asked. "Sure" the three said all at once,and gave her their autographs.
When the pizza came,Zac grabbed a piece as soon as the waitress set it on the table.Then he gave a piece to Emily,Tay,and Ike.They all talked while they scarfed down the extra,extra,Cheese Pizza.They got everything free because they were Hanson.They thanked the waitress,then hit the road again.
