Hi! Well, here it is, my award. If your page follows the guidelines than sign up! Guidelines are:
1. It has to be creative (I'm not picky)
2. NO pornography (artwork with nudity is allowed, as long as it's tasteful,) pages generated towards hating a person or a group of people, and no webpages with illegal hacking information on it, or how to make a bomb.
3. I understand that somewhere in your page there is going to be a broken link, pic, et cetera, and I totally understand that not every site can be perfect due to the fact that most people with webpages have lives. However, I will turn down sites with an extreme number of broken pics, links, sounds, etc
4. Your page CAN NOT just be links
5. If you REALLY want to win, you could sign my guestbook on my main page

6. It has to be easy to navigate (i'm sick and tired of pages that are impossible to navigate!)
7. No teenybopper sites. Sorry, guys.
8. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMERCIAL SITES WILL BE ACCEPTED--FAIR AND SQUARE
9. I'm not against colorful or even intricate backgrounds (I love them and use them 24/7) but I should be able to read the type pretty clearly
10. Pages should be neat (I'm not picky at all) with little misspellings that weren't intentional. Also, no typing lIkE tHiS, or having PAGES IN CAPS
11. English is the only language that I can speak fluently, so all pages must be in english or have an english version
12. Frames are accepted, but they should be done properly
Out of the 33 people who applied for my award so far, 24 of those people have won. If your page wins, it will not be listed in any way or form, but I will sign your guestbook (if you have a guestbook) on your page and tell you that you won my award. Oh yes, when you win my award, you MUST download it onto your own server and upload it onto your page (and link it back to this page.) You will have three days to download the award before I'll delete it from my page. Well, sign up!!! :)
