"Tay?" Lise said.
"Lise! You came!"
"Taylor. You asked me to come,so i came. Didn't that sound corny!!!!" Lise said laughing. Taylor smiled.
" Lise,there's something I need to ask you. And I'm embaressed to do it."
"Tay,what is it...OH!!! I know!!! you like someone!!! And you want my help to get her!!! Who is it."
" Lise. Your right. I do like a girl. She's this amazing girl. Beautiful. But,she's alot younger than me. Lise,I like you. Willyougooutwithme?" Taylor mumbled. Lise forced a laugh.
"I must have gotten a piece of confety in me ear. What did you say?" Lise asked anxiously.
"Willyougoout-"
"SLOWER Taylor!!!" Lise excalmed.
"Will you go out with me?" Taylor aked,nervously. Lise watched Taylor's face turn a bright red. She had a feeling that her face was doing the same. Taylor? Asking her to go out with him? No. No. She liked Taylor,but she wasn't sure if she LIKED Taylor.
"Taylor...wow. I mean,wow. Taylor... I like you but l don't know if l like you. Your my buddy,my friend."
"I understand," Taylor said glumly. Lise grabbed his arm.
"Wait," she said. "Give me some time to think about it, OK?"
"Fine," Taylor said. He walked back towards her house.

When Lise went back in the house,she avoided Taylors eyes. Desiree saw her and almost ran over.
"Lise! Can we talk in your room?!" She asked excitedly.
"Sure Desi." Lise replied
They walked up the stairs and as soon as they were up in the safty of Lise's room,She said,
"Whats up Desi?"
"Li-li," Desiree said in a funny voice. "Luke asked me to be his girlfriend! Isn't that great!"
Lise sat on the bed stairing at Desiree.
"Lise,whats wrong?"
"Lise snapped back to Earth and said,
"Thats great! l'm do happy for you and Luke?" Desiree frowned. "There's something your not telling me," She said.
Lise laughed. Then she became sober agin. She sighed,.
"Desiree,Taylor asked me to go out with him."
Desiree blinked hard. "Wow," she said. "Thats grea-"
"l said no." Lise's voice said quietly.
Desi looked shocked.
"You said NO? You too ALWAYS flirt with each other.? Desiree said increadiously.
"I know," Lise said sadly. "What am l going to do Desi? What am l going to do?"
