This is a collection of all the hate-mail and hate-guestbook entries I have recieved recently. I didn't always save it, but I thought it would be fun to stare blankly at and ponder "what were they thinking?" Or, "were they thinking?" Anyway, enjoy. If you think you have the perfect response for one of these, send it in, I'll start putting them up with the responder's alias credited, if anyone wants to submit their responses.
I would like to add that people do write me with positive responses, I'm just too lazy to have to post those also. However I would like to thank everyone who has been positive about this page. Especially people who are fans of Sailor Moon and still respect my opinion. Thanks!

I heard the words "Sailor Moon Next" Haveing heard of the series... I decided, with morbid curiousity. "Now Ill see what all the fuss is about." "Great its a cartoon show" I thought then. then the show began to touch my heart with its humor, romance, music, and virtue... I opened my mind by the fourth episode... sailor Moon Had earned its official place on my official TV List. (being the only show I liked, that came on every day, instead of once a week) after my third episode, actualy... I reviewed the sailor Moon Fan fic pages again... Found that now , since I new what the show was about... that it wasnt just stuff I did not understand... but a very well developed series. (next email, this one was a response to a reply for the last one) Yes , I wrote you earlier. I was actualy, though, refering to a thing on your site... saying that you felt you knew enough about the show to Judge it. You simply CAN NOT gain adequate information to judge an entire phenomenon(for thats what sailor moon is.) from watching a dozen or so episodes of the DiC dubbed versions. I was explaining to you... that I myself saw the show as some time of cheesy nonsense, when I first heard it.... but when I actualy watched it... learned that wasnt the truth. Id also like to ask you... earlier you said that you dont consider the Matriarchy displayed on sailor Moon, both on the moon, and in crystal tokyo, very convincing. You said that it was more of a patriarchy , with women taking the mans role, that a true matriarchy is quite different. Could you explain what that was supposed to mean. I consider ANY soceity, ruled by women to be a matriarchy. And I think the clothing the girls wear.... duh, theres something called "Combat practicalitys" That forces them to dress lightly. |

And if you hate Sailor moon because of the animation, you are just a closed minded baka (idiot)! My constructive criticism begind now. First of all, Sailor Moon is not responsible for the actions its fans take. Then, there the matter of lesbianism. Yes, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune are lovers. Grow up! They have never kissed, or told each other they love one another. The highest I've seen it go is hand holding, and the occasional comments. Nothing extremely obvious. Sailor Moon has never abused Luna. You get that stupid notion out of your head right now. They are very good friends. Sailor Moon's role in the anime/manga is NOT to teach us that being lazy, ditzy, a crybaby, and a scaredy cat make us a heroine/hero. It's to teach us that ANYONE can be a hero, even if they aren't smart, or brave, or graceful. And that people can change. Usagi/Sailor Moon does get much better as time goes on. But I doubt you'd know that. I don't think you've done your research. And Usagi has always been forgiving and friendly. She could probably forgive you for this site!!!! And Sailor Moon is NOT demeaning to girls. For your information, I'm a raging feminist, and I find nothing wrong with Sailor Moon. Sure, Tuxedo Kamen does save them on occasion, but it's the Senshi (who are all female) that save the world! Unlike the Power Rangers ::starts gagging:: the Senshi don't just transform and destroy the monsters. They have real personalities, and friendships that evolve over the seasons. Again, your lack of research probably didn't let you know this. Sailor Moon has girls with real personalities, who start out lonely, until Usagi and their destiny bring them together. They undergo challenges YOU can hardly imagine, and through it all remain friends. It's not about girls in skimpy outfits destroying monsters. Its about bishoujo Senshi (pretty soldiers), fighting for goodness everywhere. And minna (everyone). Even you.
