Barry's Hidden Observation

To be read only by critical thinkers with a strong heart.

The times and cultures in which the Bible was written had an influence on it's content. Likewise, the times and cultures in which the Bible is read (such as ours), has an influence on it's interpretation. The Bible is steeped in the cultures and traditions of it's time. Our interpretation is steeped in the cultures and traditions of our time. Somewhere hidden beneath all this cultural influence and tradition, is the profound, pristine truth of God, waiting patiently to be fully discovered. With this awareness, how should we approach the Bible now?

Who translated the King James Bible?

In 1605, William Shakespeare was 46 years old.  The Bible was translated for King James in 1604.
  • Turn to Psalm 46 and count to the 46th word.   The word is Shake.
  • Go to the end of this Psalm and count back 46 words.  The word is Spear.

Could this mean that William Shakespeare translated the Bible for King James?  You decide!

Here is a trick question:
What is the one thing that;

~Is more powerful than God
~Is more evil than Satan
~Poor people have
~Rich people need
~If you eat it, you will die
