In early 1997, I stepped on my bathroom scale and I was inching over the limit of the scale. "I'm not going to do it! I'm not going to buy another scale just to accommodate my expanding weight gains."
I had tried
all sorts of weight loss methods for years without any
substantial or lasting results. I've tried exercise,
calorie-counting, "T"-factor (now known as low-fat), Weight
Watchers, Slim Fast, fasting. Every kind of gimmick that is
out there, I've tried it and gave up. I simply decided to
accept my over weight condition and be happy. I refused
everything else that came along. All of the schemes that
are out there serve one purpose only. To make bucks for
their promoters.
But I did find something that worked. From May to August of 1997, I lost 50 pounds. 25 pounds of that was lost during the first month. As of this date (November 1998), I can say that this is the easiest way to loose weight and the easiest way to keep it off! I'm amazed that even when I got careless and "backslid" on this technique, the weight did not pile back up, but rather a slow small gain, just to give me a gentle warning to get back on track.
The only way to describe this technique in a nutshell is; It's not how much you eat, simply what you eat.
That's all. You will not go hungry, in fact you can eat
richly and even be stuffed and still lose weight! Exercise
can help, but is not required at all. It's an amazing
