How To Spot A Bogan

• Uniform: Black jeans, flannel (druggy) shirts, faded black Metallica or Megadeath t-shirts, steel-caps, masseurs or moccasins, Indian skirts, holey crocheted tops, packet of smokes tucked into sleeve of t-shirt or bra-strap.
• Hair: Rats-tails or long and scraggly for males, bleach-blonde with 5cm of black roots and also long and scraggly for females.
• Jewellery: Anything silver with black onyx for females, Harley-Davidson rings for males, lots of earrings for both sexes.
• Make-up: Lots of black eye-liner, peeling black nailpolish
• Drives: Anything clapped out and loud. ( XD Falcons are popular)
• Listens To: Megadeath, Metallica (but hates the new "soft" stuff), Pantera, Sepultura, AC/DC
• Natural Habitat: Any of the western suburbs in any city, in a pub where the weekly highlight is $5 Schnitzel Night
• Other Distinguishing Features: Dodgy home-made tatts (usually "Love" and "Hate" on the knuckles), names like Shazz and Ferret.
• Idols: Bon Scott, Suzi Quatro
