| Sundays | Most people play in league matches, but there is an open practice at Kapiolani Park from 5:30pm on field #3. If you are Korean or know someone from a certain practice, you can join a practice every Sunday at 4:00pm on Field #2. |
| Mondays | The usual league play at Ala Wai is at 6:00pm and 7:45pm, but there is a practice at the University of Hawaii from 5:30pm - dark, just go to the top grass practice field. |
| Tuesdays | Two Practices open to public participation: University of Hawaii from 5:00pm - dark (mostly UH affiliated staff and students), and Kapiolani Park from 5:30pm - dark (various local residents and visitors from other countries). |
