Recently Natalie Hanson came to 3-D and confessed that her marriage is “on the rocks”. Shocked that such a thing could happen, (yet, she is married to Taylor after all) I sat down with her and a box of tissues (I had a head cold), and listened intently while she explained to me what was wrong. It seems that Taylor no longer takes time and care with his appearance. Poor Natalie cried her eyes out when she talked about how Taylor wouldn’t shower for days and let his hair, that was once so bright and soft and shiny, get all greasy… She mentioned that his use of deodorant and cologne were no longer a priority as well. I was completely speechless! Who would have thought that Taylor would stop grooming himself once he was married? But alas this was not the end of Natalie’s new fears. house all day, no longer worked out, and managed to grow a gut! Thinking that this could not possibly be true, I convinced Natalie to grant me access to their home. While she adamantly told me no since last time several items went missing after I had left (I honestly thought that the glasses and doorknobs were gifts). Sadly enough though, Natalie did have photo’s and even a video for my viewing pleasure, which turned out to be no pleasure at all. There Taylor was on my big screen television, in true color, with his greasy hair and now pudgy stomach. I believe I cried in this moment, not because of what he had become, but because his hair was no longer blonde. It was a brownish color that told me he simply wasn’t a natural blonde anymore. these changes, not to mention the little boy in his lap, my brain did not seem capable of handling it all. I sat there in wonder, and watched as Natalie cried and blubbered (using my tissues) about how Taylor felt that since he was married and now has a kid that he didn’t have to make himself “pretty” anymore. Angered by this, I told Davette and Diamond and we wrote Taylor a nice anonymous letter explaining that he must always keep himself pretty. For what else are we to watch when we see Hanson perform? |
