Chapter 1

Isaac was sitting at the large oak desk at the 'posh' hotel. He smiled to himself as he wrote a letter.
To himself he skimmed, Dear D, What have you been up to lately? How's Arie's wife? Is she nice? God, I miss you soo much. I really wish I was there, or that you were here. We're going to Paris, again. I know you've been there with your parents. Did you like it? It is one of the greatest places in the world, romantic too. Well, besides Tulsa, you know? I mean, come one, laser tag is pretty romantic you know. ;) Taylor is skulking around a bit. More so than usual lately, and Zac's getting tired too. I am as well. Everything is going all so fast, and though I love it, I miss the comforts of home.
Skipping a few lines, he concluded, Well, I better go. We have a concert to do in a few moments. Love ya, Isaac.
He smiled to himself as he folded it and stuffed it in an envelope.
Mackie toddled in and he grinned at his older brother.
Isaac smiled slyly in return, "Hey, Mack. I'll make a bet with you?"
Smiling, he asked excitedly; "What is it, Ikey?"
Forcing back his smile, Isaac took Zac's Butterfinger from on top of the TV and laid it front of Mackie. "I bet that if you can pick the number that I'm thinking of I'll give you that candy bar."
    Mackie's smiled widened, "Okie!"
"But," Isaac warned. "If you don't guess it, you have to lick the glue on this envelope."
Mackie was quiet for a moment, thinking hard. "Okay," He answered solemnly, then grinned, "is it five?" He asked wide-eyed.
Isaac shook his head sadly, "Nope. Sorry, Mackie. I thought for sure you'd guess it."
Silently he held up the envelope; "Looks like you have to lick the glue."
Making a face, Mackie leaned in and licked the glue. Then screamed and ran to go get something to get that taste out of his mouth.
Laughing to himself, Isaac sealed the envelope, he started humming. "Mack, I changed my mind, you can still have the candy bar!"
Rushing back in, Mackie grabbed the goody then ran back out.
Nearly knocking Taylor off his feet as he walked in. "Ike, I was just talking with him in the other room, and he told me of a little bet that you guys made."
He shook his head with a bemused expression on his face.
Turning towards him, Isaac laughed. "Yeah, so?'"
He grinned, "Why are you using that same lame trick?"
Isaac started laughed again, "Need I remind you, dear brother, that it worked on you for the longest time?" He asked curiously.
Taylor nodded and chuckled at those memories. "Come on, Ike. We have a concert to do." He said as he walked over to the door.
Isaac followed with the envelope in his hands.
"Another letter to Charm?" Taylor asked as they walked out of the room.
    Isaac only nodded his answer.

~ Dahven's House ~

Sitting on her bed, Dahven was reading the most recent letter from Isaac. When she had gotten it she immediately ran to her room to read it.
And nearly cried reading it though.
It was then that she got the greatest idea of all time. Or her time actually. Cause insta-cheese was a pretty good invention.
Quickly grabbing one of her new CD singles that she got, she popped it into her player.
Putting it on repeat, she recorded it on a cassette tape until it filled up both sides of it.
Sitting down at her desk, she started writing back to Isaac. Smiling and humming 'Where's the Love.'
"So he's going to be in Paris, huh?" She asked herself out loud as she read her short letter over.
Folding it up and stuffing it into an envelope, she licked her fingers and ran it over the glue, until she was able to seal it.

Dahven smiled in satisfaction. "I really hope he doesn't get angry over this one."
