Jade was in the shower and wasn't able to hear Eva's cries.
"Lord, I'm sorry," Eva shook her head, "I'm so sorry."
Jade was standing in the doorway of the bathroom, "I think God knows, but does Taylor?" She asked softly...
Tears were rolling down Eva’s cheeks. "Am I still breathing?" She questioned.
The smile Jade gave her was small. "Yeah, but like I would let him touch you.' She answered.
Then she went and hugged her sister. "It's okay. I promise it will be. You have to talk to 'em both. No two ways about that." She gave a small shrug. "And if you want me to be here when you talk to princess don't worry I'll hold him back."
Eva smiled, "I can't tell Taylor in front of Jonny."
Jade shrugged, "Eva?” She asked gently. “Why did you kiss him?"
She looked at her with hurt eyes tears poured out.
"Well? Why?" Jade prompted.
Eva took in a beep breath, "Forbidden fruit always looks the best."
Jade nodded. She knew what Eva was saying. "Well all I have to say is that you better tell them before he finds out some other way.
Eva could only nod.
That night Jade and Isaac decided to go out by them selves to escape all the hectic crap going on. Feeling remorse, Eva picked up the phone and dialed a number.
"Jonny? Yeah we gotta talk. Big time." She stated slowly.
The more she thought about what happened, the more disgusted she felt.
"It shouldn't have happened. Not even in the first place. We took things way too far."
"Tay, where ya going?" Zac asked sitting up in his bed.
Taylor sighed. "I have to make up with Eva. I miss what we had before this crap happened." He answered before he left.
Zac nodded. "He’s gonna get hit again." He predicted smiling.
Standing in the doorway Taylor was about to knock; when he shook his head, and just walked in.
"Jonny, we kissed. It is a big thing!" He heard Eva shout loudly, “I'm sorry. But I love Taylor more than life it's self. I guess Taylor was right. He had a right to be jealous."
Eva sighed, "Jonny, I'm sorry if I led you on, and I'm sorry if that kiss meant more to you than it did to me."
Taylor slowly let out a sigh and quickly closed the door behind him as he staggered back into his room and fell on his bed shaking his head the whole time.
Zac went over to Taylor. "Are you okay?" He asked worriedly. "What'd Eva do to you, man??"
Taylor looked over at him. "She broke my heart." He answered truthfully.
"What?" He asked.
Shaking his head, Taylor replied. "I don't want to talk about it, Zac. Not right now. Possibly not ever." He got up slowly and went to the door. "I'll be back later. Don't wait up, I may be a while."
Eva sobbed into her pillow then looked up as she felt a warm hand on her back, she looked up and found a warm smile.
Taylor walked up to Jade and Isaac.
"Oh, God." Jade said under her breath.
"Jade, you knew, didn't you? YOU KNEW!" Taylor spoke as tears filled his eyes.
Jade nodded her head slowly. "Yes, I did; and I'm not happy and dancin’ around because of it, now am I?"
Taylor quickly turned to Isaac. "Did you know?"
Isaac shrugged, "Mom taught me a lot of things, know what?"
Taylor shook his head.
"Tay, it was gonna happen. Every good relationship has to be tested, some how tears have gotta fall, or it's not love." Isaac simply pointed out.
Jade nodded in agreement. "And if you found out by Eva telling you I bet she was crying. Or if you found out by some other way you would've seen her tearing herself apart, because she knew she had hurt you. And doing that hurt her."
Taylor just watched as Jade spoke. Tears slowly cascading down his cheeks. "How could she?" He asked her quietly.
She shook her head sadly. "You have to ask her. It's not my place to talk about that." She answered slowly.
"Doesn't she know I would do anything for her? Even kill." Taylor said with wide eyes.
Isaac shook his head roughly. "No.” He stated sternly. “Not here. You’re forgetting mom and dad are still trusting me on this trip!" He said forwardly.
Taylor smiled of the thought of Isaac getting in trouble. "I'm gonna go talk to her." He said slowly as he left.
Taylor heard Eva’s laughter through the door before he was about to walk in.
"No Taylor, remember what happened last time you walked in." He shook his head then knocked.
To his surprise Zac opened the door. His smile remained on his face. "Hey, Tay." He said grinning.
Taylor gave him a small smile. "Mind if I talk to Eva alone?" He asked.
Zac gave him a look of disbelief. "As if I have a choice in this?"
Taylor offered him a small smile. "You're right. You don't." He replied as he pulled Zac out into the hallway and walked in slamming the door behind him.
Zac laughed. "Good luck, guys. You'll need it." He called softly through the door. Then he walked to his room.
"Taylor? What are you doing?" Eva asked as Taylor inspected her room.
“Lookin’ for Lang Boy." He responded when he looked under the beds.
"Jonny's not here." Eva smiled upon a laugh.
She looked at Taylor and her smile left when she saw his expressions.
"I love you." Taylor said as he sat down on the bed beside her, "And I gotta know if what I heard you talk to Lang Boy about is true."
Eva's dried tears found their way to the surface again. "Well, what did you hear?" She asked in a choked whisper.
"Did you two kiss?" He questioned as he gripped his hands together.
She was silent for a moment. "I didn't kiss him." She quickly stated.
Taylor shook his head. "I didn't ask that. I asked if you two kissed."
"Yes." Eva whispered before her tears ran quickly down her cheeks.
"I'm so sorry, Taylor." She said quietly. "You had every right to be jealous." She was silent for a moment. "Take a bow, Tay, you win."
