Okay, so it didn't always start off like this, but once we, I, started getting older it was basically pushed off onto me. Quite strange, and I rebelled against it for a while, but then I caved in like every other person had done in my position before, and just like those who will after me.

'Arm Candy.' Has a nice sweet tasting sound to it, doesn't it? But when in reality it's everything but sweet. Arm candy is the ornament you get to hang off your arm for show. And trust me once that date, that show was over, there were no sweet words that were passed.

Oh no, once it was over it was the cold shoulder and a casual goodbye. Very chilling if you let it get to you. After a while you do build up this resistance to it.

Zac is the only one who really hasn't built up a resistance and rebels a hell of a lot more than what Tay and I had. He's still stuck on the fairytale love thing; mom encourages him on it too. I don't think it's such a great idea, and I don't think Tay does either. But he shrugs it off and looks the other way, turning a blind eye.

It was just last month that we went to some… social dinner, I think it was later explained to me it was for a charity. As you can clearly see, I was not paying much attention. Meeting with other artists and labels and other important people, I had my arm candy strapped to my side basically. She was pretty, very much so, but she was a robot as well.

Tay's date was worse, only spoke when spoken too, only danced with him twice, and then sat the rest out. But Zac's… I don't know how he did it, they probably just wanted him to shut up after a while of fighting, but he got to bring one of his friends. She was hilarious; cracking jokes, making faces, and just like Zac, would not sit still if her life depended on it. She was truly amazing and exactly what Zac needed.

I envy him, Zac, and I know Tay is starting too as well. He stood up for what he wanted, what he believes. Whereas Taylor and I… we caved because we didn't want to cause trouble. I think him and I lost.
