Chapter #32

Dahven sat up in bed and groaned before laying her head back down and covering it with the stiff covers.

"Valentine's day." She muttered distastefully.

Her mind started thinking of all that was planned that day. Shopping with Randy, Taylor, Zac, Lindsay, and Isaac. Lindsay being the only one that could make it out of Amanda and Kim.

Slowly dragging herself from her bed, she grabbed her bathroom bag and quickly got the first shower before Randy or Lindsay could.

After a good half-hour in there, Dahven came out and traded smiles with Randy who was waiting patiently by the door.

Taking Angel from her small playpen, she started getting her ready to bathe her in the sink, after Lindsay got up and took her shower.

Once they were all ready and knocking on the guys' door they were awake and laughing over the fact that Lindsay couldn't work the shower nozzle.

"Hey, guys." Taylor said nodding his head tiredly and waving them inside. "Ike's in the shower, and Zac's getting…" He trailed off thinking. "Something." He finally decided.

Randy grinned, and felt his forehead. "Are you alive, Tay?" She asked trying to hold back her laughter.

He gave her a tired smile. "Ummhmm." He answered drowsily.

Dahven laughed, "Did you shower yet?" She questioned him.

His head shook back and forth like a rag dolls. Causing the girls to laugh some more.

When Isaac came out of the bathroom and Zac came back with a handful of cash, Taylor decided to go without taking a shower. Quickly he got dressed and the six teenagers set off to explore New York City, on Valentine's day, with bodyguard Bubba, Jeff, and Billy Bob.

It was going to be a typical day, they had all promised that there would be no romancing at all until they were on their own time. But once they split up to do their own lunches and they returned, something big had happened.

"Taylor, your mother is going to kill you!" Dahven screeched loudly, once he saw him round the corner with Randy beside him.

"Why? What's wrong?" Isaac asked looking at his brother curiously.

Dahven looked at him and raised a quizzical eye. Marching up to Taylor, she grabbed his left ear, which was sporting a cartilage ring.

That's when Isaac's jaw dropped open. "Uh oh. Mom and dad are gonna flip."

"Yeah, I know." Dahven replied nodding quickly.

"Calm down." Taylor said removing her hand from his ear. He smiled at them; "It'll be all right."

Isaac gave him a hard look, but slowly gave in. "Well, whatever happens. I'm not getting blamed for it." He stated.

"Me neither." Dahven added.

Randy grinned, "You two are already like a married couple." She remarked laughing as they started to walk off, going to find Lindsay and Zac.

"Thanks." They both muttered.

"Where would Zac be?" Randy asked as the group walked between Bubba and Billy Bob.

"Scaling the Empire State Building." Taylor answered nonchalantly.

"He would to." Isaac commented.

Randy laughed, "There's a comforting thought. And with Linz, she'd make him do it in his underwear."

Dahven, Taylor, and Isaac all looked at her. Then they all started heading in the direction of the Empire State Building.

"God, please let there be no press." Taylor prayed as they walked quickly.

Before reaching the big building, Randy caught site of the two near a mime performing. She shuddered. "I hate mime's." She told them.

Dahven nodded. "Me too." She pushed Taylor towards the scene. "He's your brother."

"I don't have to admit to it!" He shouted over his shoulder as he went after the two.

Taylor had wandered over to the two, and watched with amusement as the mime tried to get out of a box. But when the mime saw him, and tried to kiss him, that's when he latched onto Zac's arm and ran. Lindsay trailing after Zac laughing.

Dahven sat in contentment in her room. Angel and Zoë in the playpen together, while her and Isaac shared a room service meal.

She laughed quietly to herself. "I think this is better than any restaurant." She told him softly.

Isaac looked up at her and smiled. "I believe so." He told her, before turning to Taylor. "Ah, waiter, another glass of water for the lady." He said grinning.

Taylor mumbled a few inaudible curses, while Randy babysat Jessica, Avery, and Mackie, and Zac and Lindsay were cleaning the room up, while Mr. and Mrs. Hanson went out for their Valentine's meal.

Dahven laughed, "It's a greater experience." She remarked playfully.

"It's greater service." Isaac added.
