Taylor watched as Ike joined his brothers in the hallway. They headed for the elevator and all he could hear was Ike thinking about how much he wished he didn't have to do this today.

Once they hit the lobby they heard a sound that they were all quite familiar with, but only one of them got to enjoy. Hundreds of young girls were outside the hotel lobby screaming for Hanson and more so for Taylor.

Taylor felt Ike sigh inward as he watched Taylor take the lead with a huge smile and headed toward the mob. Once he hit the door they all screamed and pushed paper, books and CD covers in his face for autographs.

Taylor was listening to all of Ike's thoughts and they were mostly... Wow it must be great to have all of these people here for you- Go Tay...

He heard one meek little voice say "Isaac". He turned to a see girl with glasses, braces and stars in her eyes as she looked up at him.

"Isaac, would you sign this for me please?"

A rush of happiness took over and Tay had never felt so much pure joy in his life. "Of course."

She handed him the CD cover and he took it. "What's your name?"

"Kyndra."

He spelled it back to her and she smiled broader. "No one ever spells my name right on the first try." Ike smiled and Tay watched as he signed it.

To Kyndra keep enjoin the music as much as we enjoy making it for people like you.

All the love in the world,

Isaac Hanson

I never write personal messages when I sign for someone. I write what could pass for my name and that's all. Sometimes they are lucky if something that resembles a 'T'

Kyndra read the note and beamed up at Isaac. "Thank you, Isaac."

"You are quite welcome." He was smiling just as much as her was.

Then they were ushered into the van that was waiting for them. "That was pretty cool." Ike said as they settled themselves in their seats.

Taylor turned to him with a smug look, "You enjoyed that? Did someone actually ask for your autograph?"

Ike only turned his eyes to the floor. Taylor felt hurt running through him, a feeling that he was getting quite used to and it was beginning to make him sick.

God Ike, don't let him-me do that to you! Tell me to shut up or something! Taylor screamed, but to no avail. Ike remained silent for the duration of the drive, never looking past his shoes.

Once inside the studio the usual happened. Taylor was ushered in first followed by Zac and then Ike. They saw to Tay's comforts, sent him to wardrobe for an outstanding outfit and Ike was sort of pushed to the back and forgotten about just like his was in all of the photos.

They were positioned in front of the camera once Tay was finally ready. He was in the front center while Ike and Zac were on either side a short distance behind him.

The photographer told them to just go for it and pose however they wanted. He threw out directions, but most were to Tay and a few were for Zac here and there. Ike just sighed and did his best to smile and get through it.

He looked over at Taylor. God he's so good-looking, and so photogenic. Why couldn't I be more like him?! Just a little bit so I would be so horrible to look at. Taylor flinched at the thought.

Ike isn't horrible to look at. Actually he's handsome. If he would just get out there more and smile more often people would see.

The photographer, Paul, called a ten-minute break so the boys could rest and so that he could change backgrounds and change film.

As usual everyone catered to Tay's every want and need. They may have done things for Ike if he had asked, but he didn't want to take anything away from his brother. He was happy getting all of the attention, so he let him have it.

Ike are you crazy! Get you butt in there and make those idiots pay attention to you!

"Isaac, can you come here for a minute?" asked Paul.

"Sure, what can I do for you?"

"Actually, if you would just step up there, I would love to take a few test shots."

"Don't you want to wait for Zac and Tay?"

"No, actually, I'd like to get some shots of you by yourself- if you don't mind."

"Oh, no, I don't mind." He said with more enthusiasm than he had meant to. Tay felt Ike's heart sore at the thought of having solo shots, even if they were just test shots, taken of him.

Who knew such small things made Ike happy? I should, I'm his brother. I bet Zac does.

Taylor watched as Ike strutted as best as he could for the camera. Even though he was enjoying it, he was still having a hard time relaxing. This was a whole new experience for him and it was taking some getting use to.

"You're doing great, Ike. Keep it comin!" Paul encouraged. "C'mon, gimme that ‘Ike’ smile...that's it!"

"Wow, look at Ike! He looks awesome!" Zac enthused when he caught sight of his brother looking as though he was having the time of his life.

Hearing Zac's statement was all it took for Taylor to go up in arms and feel the need to pull the plug on Ike's happiness. Pretending to be silly and joking around, Taylor ran into the shoot quickly taking the spotlight off of his brother.

Ike felt his happiness die immediately. His smile faded, as did he into the background where he figured he belonged.

No Ike, don't let me do that!!! God, say something you big dodo!

Ike looked over at Zac and he could tell he was fuming. He shook his head, his usual signal to Zac to let it go whenever Tay acted this way.

Paul shook his head and asked Zac to join the other two and they continued with the shoot.

Finally they were done and the all headed back to the van. Taylor jabbered to their father and to Zac - sometimes acknowledging Ike- about the shoot and how much he loved outfit they found for him.

Taylor felt Ike smile a little, It's nice that this kinda stuff gets Tay so pumped. I love it… he's like a kid in a candy store.

Ike, shut me up. Even I'm tired of listening to me talk about myself. Is that all I ever do is talk about me, me, me? Good grief I'm boring.
