Sabrina II

“Where are you taking me?” Christopher asked meekly scared to death.

“We’re going to my house and staying the night and then we are going far away for a while.” “Oh, I bet you do want you dad.” She said driving.

Christopher was mystified and scared.

-

“Aunt Mary.” Mark said panicked. “Aunt Mary….”

“What baby, what?” She asked trying to calm him.

“Miss Taylor took Chris.” Mark stuttered out.

“What?”

“I’m sorry Aunt Mary, I’m sorry.” Mark began to cry.

“Someone with the last name of Taylor has taken Chris.”

Taylor’s eyes widened and he ran out of the house, down the street to Isaac’s.

“Mark, Mark!” He screamed when he reached the house.

“Uncle Taylor, I’m sorry, I’m sorry. She was my teacher she wanted me to find something that she had accidentally given me I didn’t know she was going to take Chris. I’m sorry I’m sorry.” Mark babbled.

Taylor grabbed Mark’s shoulders and shook him. “Mark! Mark, shut up!” He screamed.

Mark stopped babbling. If this had been a better moment he would have make a comment about how much Mark reminded him of his father when he babbled.

“Listen to me.”

Mark wiped his eyes.

“What does this woman look like?”

He quickly explained what the woman looked like to his uncle.

“Do you know her first name?”

Mark nodded. “It’s Karen.”

“Damnit!!” Taylor screamed.

By this time, all of the parent had arrived at Isaac’s house. And all of the little ones were standing at the top of the stairs with Tommy and Scott watching.

“Taylor, is everything all right?” Isaac and Zac asked at the same time.

“No! Karen kidnapped my son!” he shouted.

“Karen?” Everyone questioned.

"The Karen?” Isaac asked.

“Yes.”

“Oh my God.”

Taylor ran a hand through his chin length hair.

"Who is this Karen and what does she want with my son?” Mary began to cry.

Taylor went to her and held her close. He stroked her hair. “She was a girl I was involved with a long time ago way before you and she and I didn’t get a long anymore so I dumped her and she is striking back at me.”

Taylor’s second child his little girl came down the stairs and to her parents. “Mommy, it’s not Markie’s fault.” She said quietly.

Mary laughed. “I know it’s not his fault.”

“Will she bring Chris back?”

“Don’t worry we’ll get Chris back.” Mary said trying to choke back tears.
