Armando Imuaikalanakila Garza

The youngest of the group, Imua started playing piano at age eight, and took lessons from three different teachers. He picked up the ukulele when he was nine years old, taking lessons from Roy Sakuma for about nine months or so. He plays by ear now, and was featured as the youngest musician on Hidden Treasures, Ukulele Styling II and on KITV's Ki Ho'alu Slack Key Special, along with many other significant events. Imua was born on March 28, 1984 (age 15) and attends Kamehameha Schools. Early in his career, he placed second on Keiki Starts (he was voted one of seven acts considered "Producers Best"). Bringing his knowledge personality and experience to the group has greatly help mold its style, focus, skill and diversity. Imua plays ukulele, slack-key guitar, steel guitar, violin, electric bass, piano, Tahitian banjo, drums, and sings. Imua is really into surfing, skateboarding, and music, girls, and likes to work with computers.
